Eric Epstein


Eric brings over twenty years experience in private equity and leveraged finance including ten years with Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.  At Cerberus private equity group,  Eric invested in distressed bank debt and high yield bonds. 


Eric also worked at the Blackstone Group in the private equity and M&A advisory areas. Blackstone specializes in private equity, credit and hedge fund investment strategies. As of 2018, Blackstone had $457 billion under management.  

Eric has  advised  and evaluated investment opportunities with a number of investment firms including: Marlin Equity Partners, New Evolution Ventures, and Steel Partners. 

Mr. Epstein graduated from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his M.B.A. from the Anderson Business School at UCLA. 

Chris Higgins


Chris brings over thirty years experience in corporate financing; private equity, buy/sell transactions, originating, structuring, executing, and managing leveraged finance transactions;  including senior & mezzanine debt financing , syndicated loans, subordinated debt, and advisory services for middle market companies.

Chris was formerly a Managing Director at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors a $26 billion hedge fund and was primarily responsible for sourcing transactions for the Middle Market Credit and Growth Private Equity strategies. 

Chris was involved in the acquisition of Security Pacific Bank by Bank of America in 1992 and left the bank to be a founding partner of U.S. Capital Partners.

Mr. Higgins graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California.

Hal Berger


Hal brings over twenty five years experience in: middle market companies, strategic consulting, investment banking and international Fortune 500 environments. During his career his clients have included several of the largest U.S. & international publicly traded & privately owned corporations as well as second and third generation family owned businesses.

Hal  has extensive experience in; agriculture, food & beverage, consumer products, and manufacturing companies. Hal  was responsible for one of the largest food agriculture transactions in the central valley. 

Hal has advised on 40+ advisory consulting engagements representing several billion dollars in transaction value.

Mr. Berger graduated with a B.S. in Business from Penn State University and attended the private equity program at Harvard Business School.


Walt Bellingham


Walt brings over twenty four years experience in; private  equity investments, originating, structuring, executing, and managing  leveraged finance transactions;  including senior & mezzanine debt  financing and equity co-investments for middle market private equity  sponsors, syndicating $10 million to $150 million senior debt financings  for middle market leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and leveraged  ESOPs. 

In addition, he has managed private equity and real estate  portfolios

Walt  is a founding principal of Shore Points Capital Management, LLC, and a  private equity firm focused on making control equity investments in  middle market businesses, established by the former members of the  Private Capital Group of BNP Paribas.  

Mr. Bellingham graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Wharton at the  University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA in finance from the Graduate  School of Management at Rutgers University. Walt was a Varsity  letterman in lacrosse and soccer and a member of the Ivy League champion  lacrosse teams.

Sunny brings over seven years of experience in providing business and technology solutions to clients  within the financial services and the media & entertainment space.
